Understanding Clicks and Conversions

A click records that a visitor used a TrustNeo tracking link. A conversion records that a qualifying action was reported after that click. The conversion must still pass attribution and validation checks. These can include matching the click to the correct offer and affiliate, checking the attribution window, checking duplicates, validating currency and applying offer rules. Common conversion states Pending: the event was received but is still waiting for validation or review. Approved: the event passed the required checks and can move through the finance workflow. Rejected: the event did not meet the required rules or evidence. Reversed: a previously accepted event was later reversed according to the applicable workflow. Reporting may show clicks immediately while conversion or payout status changes later. That difference is normal in a validated affiliate workflow.
