Why a Conversion May Be Pending or Rejected

Conversions · Updated 2026-10-28 08:11:39
A conversion can remain pending or be rejected for several reasons. The exact reason depends on the offer and the evidence available. Common examples include: - The conversion ID was already used for the same advertiser. - The click could not be matched to the expected offer or affiliate. - The event arrived outside the allowed attribution window. - The conversion currency does not match the offer currency. - The offer reached a conversion cap. - Required advertiser validation has not finished. - Fraud or traffic-quality signals require review. - The advertiser reported a cancellation, invalid lead or other documented rejection reason. If you need help, provide the click ID, conversion or order ID, offer name and approximate event time. This gives support enough information to investigate without guessing.
