Should I join as an Affiliate or a Creator?

Affiliates promote offers with tracking links and earn commissions on eligible conversions. Creators promote brands to their social audiences under agreed sponsorship terms. Content production without audience promotion is not part of this offering.

Can my Brand run both partnership types?

Yes. Brand is the Advertiser account: choose Affiliate marketing, Creator partnerships or Both during registration. One approved account can manage both.

How long does application review take?

Review depends on the information supplied and any follow-up checks. A fixed approval time is not promised. You can follow your application status and supply requested information.

What fees and payment terms should I expect?

Review the applicable commercial terms before accepting a campaign. Creator collaborations can agree a fixed fee, commission or both; campaign-specific amounts and requirements must be agreed before work starts. Ask about platform fees and commercial terms →

When are earnings eligible for payout?

Eligibility depends on approval, holds, account requirements and the applicable payment terms. Attributed conversions are not automatically payable. Read the payout policy.

How are sponsorship results measured?

Delivery proof and reported reach are distinct from attributed clicks and conversions. Fixed fees and commissions are tracked separately; attribution does not guarantee sales or payment.
