1. Eligibility and acceptance
By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using TrustNeo services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity performed through your workspace. TrustNeo may require identity, business, traffic-source, payment, tax, or compliance verification before enabling specific features or payouts.
3. Acceptable platform use
You may use TrustNeo only for lawful affiliate, advertiser, tracking, reporting, communication, and payment operations. You may not submit fraudulent traffic, impersonate others, interfere with platform security, misuse credentials, scrape protected data, or use the service to violate an offer's traffic or compliance rules.
4. Offers, tracking and attribution
Advertisers are responsible for accurate offer terms, permitted traffic sources, conversion requirements, creatives, landing pages, and compliance instructions. Affiliates are responsible for following those terms. Tracking and attribution records may be reviewed for duplicates, invalid activity, fraud, reversals, technical errors, or advertiser evidence.
5. Commissions, invoices and payouts
Displayed balances may include pending, approved, reserved, reversed, or otherwise restricted amounts. A payout becomes payable only after applicable validation, compliance, contract, fraud, finance, minimum-threshold, and settlement requirements are satisfied. Payment timing and methods may vary by account and program.
6. Compliance and third-party obligations
Each user is responsible for laws, advertising rules, privacy obligations, disclosures, consent requirements, intellectual-property rights, platform policies, and third-party terms that apply to their activity. TrustNeo may request evidence and may restrict activity while a review is pending.
7. Reviews, restrictions and termination
TrustNeo may reject applications, restrict offers or features, place funds or activity under review, suspend access, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance, contractual enforcement, non-payment, abuse, or platform integrity.
8. Availability and service terms
The platform is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, maintained, or interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrustNeo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular revenue result, conversion volume, or acceptance into any advertiser program. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes to these Terms
TrustNeo may update these Terms as the platform, legal requirements, or commercial operations change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or account contact information.
